Please ensure all personalised details have been entered correctly during your order process. Chic Creations cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised items where the customer has spelled names or details incorrectly, omitted information or provided incorrect or inaccurate shipping details including customers names.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you have received an incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at chiccreationsuk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We strive to process all orders within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that all items are hand made to order and delays may be incurred when volumes are high and at peak seasons. Products such as the wedding collection can take between 4-6 weeks.

For express orders, please contact us directly. Where possible, we will try to accommodate rush orders.

Domestic and international shipping

Currently we ship within Uk and Ireland. Ireland shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chic Creations are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup near Rubery, West Midlands. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 10 to 15 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Products such as the wedding collection can incur a lead time of 2-4 weeks due to the intricate detail involved.
